Tupac said it best
I see no changes. Wake up in the morning and I ask myself,
Is life worth living? Should I blast myself?”
Obviously, that’s not what a lot of us are thinking on a day-to-day basis, but there are times when we are going through a lot of bad, and we sit and wonder if what we’re doing, or how we’re living can improve. It starts with us. It always has, and it always will. There is no other deciding factor that implements changes in your life aside from yourself. At the end of the day, the last word is yours, the final decision is yours, and win or lose, the consequences you face are inevitably yours.
Changing for the good & changing for the worse work out in ways that are a mystery because for some, they gain, and depending on what’s there to change, it also affects people around you. Don’t mind me, I’m just running off on simple inspiration.
Too many people claim to want to change without exercising their own words, or having respect for self enough to even go through with said “change,” and it doesn’t make any sense to me. Why air it out that you want to change, that you want to be a better person, that you want to live out your dreams and aim for your goals, but then months later, you’re in the same spot as you were when you first announced your sudden revelation?
It’ really doesn’t make an ounce of sense, because is it that hard to start something off to better yourself? Let’s be for real here, humans are full of excuses, lord knows I’ve had my share, but when I look at myself, you should look at yourself as well and just ask yourself, “what’s the point?” Why make things more difficult, and why waste time NOT improving on the things that I necessarily need to improve?
You LITERALLY only live once, so why don’t you make it a life worth living? I talked about Dreams, and I talked about having an ambition and setting out after it to make it a reality for you. For the your own personal greater good, because we all have a story. A story of struggle. A story to want to do well and not only to provide for us, but for the ones that we care about.
THAT’S WHY we change. BECAUSE of the people that we care about, and most importantly, because we care about ourselves.
I’ve gone through some personal growth, and I continue to do so, but I know that I’ve changed for the better, and will continue to do so until what I want to achieve becomes more and more of a reality. So why shouldn’t you? I’m no different. I’m not bigger on the food chain than anyone, so take a risk, take some chances. You’re not making yourself better by being stagnant, and living life on the same line when you hope to be on a higher one. What do you have to lose? We all fail, but you have to fail in order to learn to become a success. That’s all I have to say
That’s My Word & It STiXX

“THAT’S WHY we change. BECAUSE of the people that we care about, and most importantly, because we care about ourselves.” I like that statement. It’s a process that we will inevitably go through sometimes change can be difficult but with change also comes personal growth. Thank you for sharing. 🙂
Thank you for reading, and I’m glad you enjoyed it.
