Clearly, I’ve been focusing A LOT on the West Coast a lot, because the majority of rappers I’m listening to NOW are from there, but I’m still East Coast by heart & birthright, so I’ll show it love as well. But, right now, THIS ALBUM is was really set the tone for G-funk and determined the style for future generations to follow. Dr. Dre’s classic album was not just a West Coast phenomenon, but it stretched across the country and somewhat broke barriers between the East/West, but this was before the infamous Beef that we all know too well. But, for now, enjoy this album if you don’t already own it, because it is a must own.
