I’m aware that yesterday was the death anniversary of Biggie, but as I was searching for today’s TVOD, this came up in the ‘Related Videos’ section,a nd I couldn’t POSSIBLY say no. The song was crazy, the sample featured one of my favourite songs by James Brown ‘The Big Payback,’ and Biggie’s raw verse with Totals soulful singing made for a perfect blend on this classic Hip Hop meets R&B song. Total was a wicked group back when SWV, 702, and TLC were doing their things for the female R&B groups. This is a great song/video, and it just adds to Biggie’s everlasting legacy of his presence in Hip Hop. Enjoy.
