A Hip Hop must have album right here. Arguably one of the top 5 hip hop producers of all time, Pete Rock made a living bringing the soul to Hip Hop, which was evident in the amount of samples that he used throughout his career. This a great album to have not only because of the produced songs themselves, but also they brought a conscious side that mingled well with the soul beats. T.R.O.Y is the notable song on the album, but overall, it’s a great album to have. Enjoy.
