Throwback Album of the Day – Mothership – Led Zeppelin

I was searching my house, and my iTunes as to which album to deliver as a Throwback, today. I figured that I would go outside of the regular hip hop/r&b genre to I discovered in my house a copy of this album. It’s my mother’s. She grew up in a time when music was really golden in all genres, even though the 1990s is the greatest decade in the history of mankind because it shaped the way the world is right now. I’m not TOO familiar with rock music, but I do know this much –  It was much better in the following decades: 80s, 70s and 60s, Kashmir is one of my favourite songs of all time (okay, so what it took me a Puff Daddy song from the Godzilla soundtrack to lead me to it?) and Led Zeppelin is one of the greatest rock bands of all time. I need to get more in touch with the classic rock, because I know for a fact that it’s worth listening to. You should do the same, because you just may discover something new. Enjoy.
