About 3 weeks ago, Odd Future posted a snippet of the track ‘Yu’ off of the upcoming Mellow High album (or mixtape; whatever) slated for release at the end of October. Mellow High consists of Mellow Hype (Hodgy Beats & Left Brain) and Domo Genesis. A group within the group is common within Odd Future (Super 3, The Internet), and I’m pretty excited to hear what they cook up. Now, they released the full song with a video for the track, and in typical Odd Future fashion, it’s creative, fun, but not to take away from the video – the track is dope. Hodgy & Domo have really grown as rappers, with Domo steadily going on a hot streak dating back to last year when he dropped No Idols. Enjoy.
