The STiXX List

It’s coming towards the end of the year and what are everyone’s favourite topic starters? Lists, and here I am with one, but with a little twist. A lot of sites often have a panel of people who listen to a majority of music throughout the year and when it’s winding down, they all come together and compile what they liked and throw it into a Top 10, 50, or in an odd case – 99 (shoutout to Ellhah). Now, I don’t exactly have the luxury of having a lot of people to sit down with and discuss what was great and all that, since (well, you know), it’s just me, myself, and I that watches the movies, listens to the music and is left to critique it. I’m perfectly fine with it that way, so there’s obviously the circumstance that it’ll be a major difference than just whatever list you’ve read online (that’s my word). Now, 27 is my favourite number, so why not choose 27 of my favourite things between music and movies? This isn’t going to be your everyday “pick what was popular” list – it’s different, it’s me, it’s quite the read, so do enjoy. Keep in mind that this is in no particular order, because it can fluctuate on a daily basis.

Again, this is in no particular order and if you’re still wondering why some of your favourites or the expected projects didn’t show up – simply enough, I didn’t like them enough. There’s a lot of music slated to drop in 2014, so the opportunity for new favourites will emerge. Who’ll make the list? I have no idea, but maybe some surprises will show up. But, until then
