I’ve been waiting for this tape ever since I heard Vic’s verse on Cocoa Butter Kisses (off of Chance the Rapper’s Acid Rap). Since then, he came out with Orange Soda, Hollywood L.A, Time is Money, YNSP, and Lovely Day. All of those songs helped make me a believer in his ability and thus built upon more anticipation for his project. Now, he goes off beat a lot, and his flow is unorthodox, but overall he has proved that he can spit. When you combine his skill and blend in some great production, you get a candidate for Mixtape of the Year, and there have been a lot of good ones, so I’m not just talking out of hype. A full review will be coming later, but definitely give it a listen and enjoy.
