Jay Elect is Rap’s version of Haley’s Comet or your neighbour who says they’ll return your borrowed item, but occasionally comes back borrowing more before giving your stuff back. Whatever analogy you want to put to it, whenever he drops something, that hope and anticipation of his album coming intensifies for a moment, but hopefully, this is more evidence that something from him is coming soon.
