I case you missed my interview with Tinashe a while back, check that out. The first time I heard this track, I knew that it was going to be a hit because it has that party atmosphere with catchy bounce and the hook to provide. The West coast vibe all around from Tinashe herself, to the featured Q, and even production (DJ Mustard), was the intention, and you know West side knows how to party. The video does the song justice, and it’s often a rare occurrence that music videos these days are just as good as the songs themselves. Glad it turned out well. Check out Black Water too if you haven’t, which is Tinashe’s last tape. Enjoy.
